Homeopathic Viewpoint
Integration with Conventional Care
An integrative perspective is increasingly discussed in recent homeopathic literature: homeopathy can complement conventional endocrine management by mitigating symptom burden, supporting emotional well-being, and potentially reducing the intensity or duration of allopathic interventions under proper medical supervision.
Recent Advances in Homeopathy for Hormonal Imbalance
1. A 2024 review article in Current Women’s Health Reviews evaluated the efficacy of homeopathy in PCOS and found multiple clinical studies, case reports, a retrospective study and a placebo-controlled trial with positive outcomes in menstrual regulation and symptom improvement. The review highlighted the need for more high-quality RCTs and comparative studies to strengthen clinical evidence.
2.A recently published article in International Journal of Homoeopathic Sciences (2026) reviewed homeopathy’s integrative role in endocrine disorders, including PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, and adrenal imbalance. It emphasized homeopathy’s potential to stimulate the body’s adaptive response and support long-term hormonal health through personalized remedy selection and holistic case management
3. A 2025 original case report documented the homeopathic management of hyperprolactinemia (elevated prolactin) with dysmenorrhea and premenstrual mastalgia. Over three months of individualized homeopathic treatment, the patient showed marked improvement in menstrual regularity, breast symptoms, skin condition, and energy levels, suggesting homeopathymay influence endocrine symptoms without side effects.
